Position Summary:
Financial Planning & Forecasting: Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting activities. Maintain monthly and quarterly financial forecasts, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet models.
Variance Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis between actual results and forecasts to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Strategic Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing actionable insights that drive business decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams such as Operations, Product, and Marketing to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
Data Analysis & Tools: Utilize BI tools (e.g., Looker) and financial accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks) for data-driven insights.
Process Improvement: Implement scalable financial systems and processes to support rapid growth.
Story telling: Synthesize disparate sources of data and effectively communicate the information that is most meaningful.
Partner with business co-founders to create budgets and track performance vs. plan.
Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Create insightful dashboards and reports to drive strategic decision-making.
Support investor reporting and board presentations.
Analyze unit economics and customer/patient acquisition costs in collaboration with Marketing and Clinical Operations.
Build scalable financial models to evaluate new business lines, pricing strategies, and partnerships.
Assist in scenario planning and ad hoc financial analysis.
Improve processes and implement tools/systems to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
Other tasks as needed to build a successful company.
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
3–5 years of FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance experience. Start-up or healthcare industry experience is a plus.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan, Planful) is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous start-up environment.
Highly collaborative, with a strong ownership mindset.
Knowledge of healthcare industry metrics is advantageous.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment and wear multiple hats.
Strong communication skills for influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Passion for improving community-based healthcare providers through innovative solutions.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000 - pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certification, etc.
